The Governor’s Office announced the Board and Commissions Member appointments beginning July 2, 2025, including the Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council. We are excited to welcome eight new members and four reappointed members to the Council. Congratulations and welcome!

  • Lillian Chazin of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a person with developmental disabilities, reappointed;
  • Katie Oliver of Thornton, Colorado, representative of the Colorado Department of Education, reappointed;
  • Andrew Erhart of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a representative of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, reappointed;
  • Hanni Raley of Westminster, Colorado, to serve as a representative of a private-nonprofit group concerned with services and support for persons with developmental disabilities, reappointed.
  • Vicki Krieger of Castle Rock, Colorado, to serve as a parent/guardian/family member of an institutionalized person with mentally impairing developmental disabilities, appointed;
  • Michele Williers of Colorado Springs, Colorado, to serve as an immediate relative or guardian of an adult with developmental disabilities, appointed;
  • Shane Longton of Frederick, Colorado, to serve as a parent/guardian of an immediate relative with developmental disabilities, appointed;
  • Julian Wang of Fort Collins, Colorado, to serve as a person with developmental disabilities, appointed;
  • Carson Covey of Littleton, Colorado, to serve as a person with developmental disabilities, appointed.
