The Council is excited to share that the deadline for our community survey has been extended to August 10th! 

We have nearly 300 individual responses so far and are incredibly thankful to all who have responded. To ensure we get the best representation we can to inform our next five year plan, we are inviting more responses from the following parts of Colorado:

  Northeast

  Northwest

  Southwest

  Southeast

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes and can be found at this link. We are asking for people with IDD who live in Colorado to complete this survey. Family members, caregivers, and service providers may assist in responding on behalf of a person with IDD. 

The responses are important because they will help us better understand what matters most to people with IDD in living a meaningful life of freedom, choice, joy, purpose and love. Your honest input is important.
