We are excited to announce that in partnership with the Colorado Office of Employment First our Community Survey for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) is live! 

Why: This survey will help us better understand what matters most to people with IDD in living a meaningful life of freedom, choice, joy, purpose and love. Your honest input is important and will help us shape the future of IDD services in Colorado. The Council will use this data to create a state plan for the next five years in the focus areas of capacity building, systems change and advocacy. 

Who: People with IDD who live in Colorado; family members, caregivers, and service providers may assist in responding on behalf of a person with IDD. We want to hear from people from different backgrounds, cultures and parts of our state. The survey is anonymous. 

When: The survey will close July 31, 2025. It should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
