Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council

Yesterday, the Governor’s Office announced the Board and Commissions Member appointments beginning July 1, 2024, including the Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council. We are excited to welcome five new members and one reappointed member to the Council, each elected to a three-year term expiring July 1, 2027. Congratulations and welcome!

     

      • Bobbi Christensen of Lafayette, Colorado, to serve as a person with developmental disabilities, appointed;

      • Nicholas Gagner of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a family member of a child with developmental disabilities, appointed;

      • Briana Anthony of Colorado Springs, Colorado, to serve as a family member of a child with developmental disabilities, appointed;

      • Jose Torres-Vega of Denver, Colorado, to serve as a person with developmental disabilities, appointed;

      • Dina Johnson of Broomfield, Colorado, to serve as a representative of the University Center of Excellence on Developmental Disabilities, reappointed;

      • Megan Bowser of Littleton, Colorado, to serve as a representative of an NGO involved with services for people with developmental disabilities, Family Voices Colorado, appointed.
